Shipping Policy
At Ayzel Luxe, we work hard to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
1) Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (Domestic)
- International shipping (select countries)
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll try to assist.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Package weight/size
- Selected shipping speed
Promotions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping or discounted shipping—these will be shown at checkout.
4) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International
- Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
5) Order Tracking
All eligible shipments include tracking. Once shipped, you can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 72 hours, please contact us.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country.
These charges are:
- Not included in your order total
- Paid by the customer
Ayzel Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees, or
- We can issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
- Check with neighbors/building staff
- Verify the shipping address
- Contact the carrier first (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
If you still can’t locate it, email us within 7 days of the delivery update. We’ll do our best to help, but Ayzel Luxe is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.
9) Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and make it right where applicable.
10) Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. If this happens, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.
