Returns, Exchange and Refunds

At Ayzel Luxe, we take pride in delivering premium abayas and kaftans crafted with elegance and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

 

1. 14-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Item must be free of perfume, deodorant stains, makeup, or alterations



Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are final sale:


  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Customized or altered pieces
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items returned without tags
  • Accessories (if applicable)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:


  1. Email us at support@ayzelluxe.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. State the reason for return
  4. Attach clear photos (if item is defective or damaged)



Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Ayzel Luxe is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Exchanges



We offer exchanges for:


  • Different size
  • Different color (if available)



Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer:


  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (if eligible)

 

 


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.



Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging



We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

 


8. Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received your refund:


  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.
